As creators of healthy living environments, we are determined to leave our country in a better state for future generations. We are making the Netherlands a more beautiful country where everyone can enjoy living, working and connecting. Our ambition goes hand in hand with value creation. Thanks to its smart investments and strong market position, Heijmans offers stable growth and attractive returns.
‘Together towards 2030’ strategy

Our solid foundation
To excel, we need to be able to build on a solid foundation. As a leading construction company, we take a 'margin over volume' approach. That’s why we continue to invest in a robust organisation that runs smoothly, where people like to work and where safety, value creation, quality and risk management are priorities. We improve our organisation, processes and products every day. By keeping our foundations strong, we stay in great shape and lay the foundations for tomorrow.

A strong Heijmans
Supported by our strategy, Heijmans has set the financial targets we aim to achieve by 2027, halfway through the term of ‘Together towards 2030’. Revenue is on course to reach roughly €3 billion (2023: €2.1 billion), with an underlying EBITDA margin in the range of 7 to 9% (2023: 6.9%). In addition, a proposed new dividend policy will be explained at the General Meeting of Shareholders of 16 April 2025. This new policy aims to pay a 50% cash dividend on ordinary shares of the net income (now: 40% optional dividend).
